Photos from the ROCC: skills that matter in the next 3 years

Pictures from our latest Ramallah Open Coffee Club (ROCC) gathering with Gaza Sky Geeks! Our Orange Corners Palestinian Territories alumni came together to tackle the question on everyone’s mind, especially founders, professionals and curious future-thinkers: “what skills will matter in the next 3 years?”

Joined by Arab Barghouthi, a business-focused leader with over 13 years of experience driving growth, operations and strategy across education and tech ventures, and Isra’a Dwekat, founder of the Izdaheri platform empowering women small business owners, we explored the key technical, managerial and adaptive skills needed to navigate rapid economic, technological and environmental shifts ahead.

We talked about how to prepare for a world that won’t slow down, which skills create new opportunities, and why adaptability is one of the most powerful leadership tools in times of uncertainty.

Meaningful conversations, shared perspectives, and a community grounded in learning and connection.. that’s our ROCC!
